Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and can only enter in their own name.

The submitting of photos officially gives Golden North the right to use those photo’s in any marketing activities including production of a TV commercial and social media.
Multiple submissions are permitted.
Thank You Rewards
All photos used in the production of our TV commercial will receive a $50.00 voucher for free ice cream. This voucher can only be redeemed at our offices at 171 Main North Road Nailsworth Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30 pm
Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
Winner Notification
People submitting the chosen photos will be notified via the email or contact details provided within 14 days of finalising the TV ad content.
It is the responsibility of the winner/s to visit Golden North’s offices at Nailsworth to redeem their prize.
Golden North reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.

Golden North reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual if there is reason to believe that any of these conditions is breached, or if the individual has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the activity.
