Ingredients:
- 1 tub Golden north ice cream vanilla or flavour of choice
- 1 Chocolate dipped pretzel per serve
- 1 block Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
- 1 box Crunchy nut corn flakes
- 80g copha
Instructions:
Using plastic gloves, form your ice cream into chicken leg shapes and insert the pretzel in the middle to become the leg. Return the freezer and allow to set, preferably overnight.
Melt your Caramilk chocolate with Copha in a bowl over some hot water, making sure the water is not boiling.
Crush the cornflakes in a food processor until chopped, but coarse. You don’t want it to look too fine
Dip the ice cream leg in the chocolate and then roll in the corn flakes. Put back in the freezer and allow to set.
Enjoy with a raspberry or caramel dipping sauce.
