If your dad loves ice cream and the odd whiskey, this is the perfect treat!
Toffee Nut Crunch
300g sugar
100ml water
270g macadamia or peanuts
1.Heat the sugar and water and cook until toffee, carefully add the nuts, combine and pour onto greased baking paper
2. Chop or blend the toffee & nuts when cool, and keep in an airtight container
Caramel sauce
300g sugar
½ cup water
50g butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cream
1. Heat the sugar and water and cook until golden brown toffee
2. Add the vanilla, cream & butter, and allow to cool

Chocolate sprinkles
Peanut butter whiskey or whiskey of your choice
1. In a tall glass add a little whiskey to the bottom
2. Scoop 1 scoop of each ice cream into the glass, with a little toffee sauce in between
3. Add 1 more shot of whiskey, garnish with toffee sauce, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and toffee nut crunch
4. Let Dad enjoy!
* Don’t want to make the toffee crunch yourself? You can substitute for peanut brittle
*Any caramel sauce from the supermarket will work as a substitute to making your own.
