Frozen Custard is a cold dessert similar to ice cream, but made with egg yolk which gives the EXTRA THICK & CREAMY texture. It originated in Coney Island, New York in 1919 as a traditional carnival treat. We combine Australian fresh milk and cream with the original Frozen Custard recipe.

The Coney Island Sundae is Vanilla frozen custard with chocolate ripple – the nostalgic flavour from childhood memories!
