Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and can only enter in their own name.

Entry is open to anyone who fulfils the entry procedures below.
Complete 295,275 steps during the activity period (1 October 2022 to 31 October 2022). Keep a screenshot record of the completion through your health or fitness app.
Donate any preferred amount to Lifeline Adelaide via the fund-raising page https://donate.lifelineadelaide.org/fundraisers/goldennorthicecream. Keep a screenshot record of your donation receipt.
Entrants (and their companions, if relevant) may be required by Golden North to participate in photo, recording, video or film session(s), and they grant Golden North the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet).
Multiple entries are NOT permitted.
Prizes
All valid entries will receive a digital participation certificate issued by Golden North. After the activity is concluded, Certificate will be sent through the email address provided by the participants once the entry is verified.
For the top 3 quickest entries achieve the total steps in October 2022, and the Top 3 entries raising the most fund for Lifeline Adelaide:
Each will receive a $100 Golden North Ice Cream voucher to redeem Golden North Ice Cream at Nailsworth Head Office (171 Main North Road, Nailsworth SA 5083)

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
If a prize is unavailable for any reason, Golden North may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant State(s), if required.
If a winner does not take an element of prize at the time stipulated by the Golden North, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize.
Golden North accept no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.

Winner Notification
The winning entries will be notified via the email or contact details provided within 14 days once the winning entries are identified, or within 14 days after the activity is finished.
It is the responsibility of the winner/s to contact Golden North to redeem their prize. If they do not make contact within 7 calendar days of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next runner up.
In the event that the winner/s is ineligible or unable to accept the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions the prize will be offered to the next runner up.
Golden North reserves the right to request winners to provide identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Golden North.
Golden North reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
General
Golden North reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual if there is reason to believe that any of these conditions is breached, or if the individual has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the activity.
